A professional actress which all started when she was a wee dot- in performance and speaking. Anna brings her whole big deep heart to the people she supports, sharing her life’s experience as a yogi specialising in conscious communication, the mind and self actualisation. The work she shares is a multi dimensional developmental experience. Intuitively connecting and adapting to each individuals personal needs. Anna’s work is womanist and trauma informed, she draws from modern contemporaries for participants to learn from. A business leadership coach and mentor, she works with female leaders on designing their career, reaching higher levels of success. Coaching in confidence to deliver inspirational speeches, that create lasting culture change in organisations. Her clients range from digital Directors giving speeches at the House of Commons, to developing up and coming women at the beginning of their careers. Tara Ellis is the salt of the earth, she loves a laugh, her warmth is infectious and her generosity of spirit follows her wherever she goes.

Having trained at The Academy of Live and recored arts (BA diploma) Over the last twenty years she has had an accomplished career as a professional actress, working on the West end stage, extensively in Tv, East enders, The Bill, Holby city - to name a few, and film - (bit of name dropping) working with David Cronenberg, Raiph Fiennes, Miranda Richardson, Gabriel Birne, yes she is a fancy pants.

As a coach working with The Conscious Coach Collective she has delivered training for RS Componants, ITV and Global Media, and BT, supporting people to develop confidence as communicators.

Highly read, she’s fascinated by a plethora of subjects as diverse as the advancing awareness of the human condition to the mythology of children’s stories.

As a facilitator, she empowers people to spread their own magic in their working lives.

She believes we all have a unique story to tell and through performance technique and coaching, her clients can bring originality to their work. She loves a party too, whether that’s with 3 people or 300, in fact for three years running she was the founder creative director for a boutique festival in Brighton, as well as this she has huge experience of working at events, project managing workshops, and entertaining the public.

Becky’s creative zest coupled with her technical ability to ‘get the job done’ enables her to deliver creative communications across a range of media and deliver design in a unique and refreshing way.

She is literally ‘a breath of fresh air’. Couple this with her abilities as a healer and space holder, her empathy with animals and people make her talents a rare mix indeed. As one friend observed ‘you are like a ‘Gryffindor’, carrying the determination, vision, empathy and magic to deliver anything you put your mind to’.  A potent mix of skills to drive success in business, and in life. She loves lemon muffins, REALLY GOOD coffee, time spent in nature and snuggles with her dogs.

Running her creative design business for many years, as an entrepreneurial spirit and self-resourced opportunity maker. She is both the bounce point and back stop for the Speak You team, tea and sympathy when needed and cracking on to seize the moment when the timing is right. Her experience mentoring small businesses start-ups gave her great skills as a listener and truth teller, seeing what’s needed and not afraid to tell it like it is. A juggler of many balls and dropper of none.

Introducing Alice, a passionate chef with a love for creating colourful & flavourful dishes, whole food cooking with a touch of wild inspiration.

My culinary journey is a fusion of global flavours and a celebration of local, seasonal ingredients. My business Wild Goose Gourmets offers vibrant creations that highlights my love of vegetable-centric cooking, from beautifully plated dishes to culinary adventures with wild ingredients, which draws from previous ventures Foodswild-a foraging business providing wild Cornish ingredients to restaurants across the county, when I also gained a love for cooking local organic & wild meats from Cornwall.

With a commitment to local sustainable ingredients and a deep appreciation for nature, I incorporate locally grown & foraged ingredients into my dishes, adding a unique and wild touches, with wild tea, infused waters with wild leaves and flowers.  A passion for travel and exploration shines through in my culinary creations, with Asian and African influences running through my menus & taking retreat participants on a global gastronomic journey.
