My first love was yoga
It is said that our character is formed by the time we reach the age of 7: Our hopes, dreams, values, beliefs, our fears and desires. I was blessed to find yoga at age 7.
Yoga has been the golden thread throughout my formative years, holding me steady during life’s challenges. Yogic philosophy underpins my work.
My path has been etched by the desire to experience freedom: As a performer, speaker and human being. It is said that we teach best that which we ourselves need to learn. My education has been an enquiry into the self, with the desire for freedom and to reach my full potential. My studies have focused upon the science & philosophy of yoga, theatre, performance, art, psychology, business coaching, Jungian therapy, theology, energy work and travelling to explore our planet and its beautiful cultures.
At the heart of my work is love. Supporting and inspiring people to find the freedom to be themselves, to embrace all their humanity: The curves, the edges and the quirks. This is what connects us, I believe this is what is acutely needed within corporations and within society. Humanity, authenticity, love. A speaker and communications expert, supporting influential women in business to design and deliver authentic high-impact speeches that have the potential to shift cultures for the greater good. I was a professional actress with 40 years experience in performance and speaking. My work is a multi-dimensional development experience, connecting and adapting to each individual’s personal needs. I’m a committed feminist, drawing wisdom and knowledge from modern contemporaries, which I utilise throughout my programmes. As a business coach I work in corporates with female leaders to develop their voice, confidence and vision. My clients range from Digital Directors giving speeches at the Houses of Commons, to blossoming women at the beginning of their careers. Proudly the founder and creator of the Speak YOU Method, which has been delivered for organisations including EE, Global Media, RS Components and BT.
My Philosophy
We all share a deep need to express our true SELF. When we feel safe to do that, we flourish, both in life and at work.
Weaved into every part of my work is Love.
It takes courage to fully show up, because we are afraid to be seen and perhaps not be enough. A huge part of my work is supporting my clients to unravel their beautiful stories, allowing them to view themselves through a new lens.
What determines whether we live a small life or a great life?
If you choose to embark on a journey with me - especially if you are a corporate - I talk about love. I lead with love. I am astute, insightful, intuitive, well-read, dynamic. I lead with depth, warmth, kindness, and (I’ll say it again) LOVE.

I know when we feel we are in a safe, non-judgemental, inclusive environment, we can relax, create and reach our full potential.
