Session 2 | Authenticity

Who am I? Getting clear about your beautiful unique story. Appreciation of how to share who you are through story telling as a technique for building engagement with your people.

There are many you’s! You might be wildly confident in one room, less so in another, fearless when prepared, anxious when you’re not.

Everything you stand for starts with your relationship with you. We examine what limits, lies and assumptions you have made that inhibit your confidence to shine as a communicator.

Session 3 | Presence

You have a combination of traits that make you unique - no one but yourself. Let’s define them, bring them to life, bring them to your work.

When do YOU get the chance to contemplate the impact you make at work, to explore your brand presence as a woman and leader. We investigate your breadth of influence & visibility.

Then set about choosing what you’ll work on and how you’d like to show up.

Session 4 | Story telling - Speech Design

Learn the art of speech design. Step by step you’ll build your speech. Understand the criteria for a great speech. When you have both a structure and a formula, it launches confidence massively.

We provide a simple fail-safe Speak YOU method that you can utilise time and time again.

Session 5 | Confidence

“Confidence: to have faith in yourself, or to believe in someone, or something”

You’ll Learn the science, the psychology and the coaching mindset that grows your confidence. What are the barriers to your confidence? Learn to see yourself through a loving lens.

Session 6 | Emotion as Fuel

Emotion is fundamental integral part of who we are. It is our fuel, it drives us. All great art, politics and business ideas are driven by emotion. It is what engages and influences our world.

Understand how your story the high & lows are your expertise, we walk your story with you when you have the bravery to share it.

How does love impact your work and relationships? Emotions are contagious. learn our our emotional fuel can inspire influence and drive great change.

How do you manage your energy at work?

Study the great speakers of our time and great TED Talks.

Session 7 | Inspiring me

Who are you not to shine?

Manifest what you desire to achieve: We tap into coaching strategies to create the desired outcomes from your performance.

Feeling the part: Getting mentally, emotionally and physically prepared. Learning the techniques that professionals use in performance, acting and sport.

Visualising my future: Sharing your intention for what's next. Reaching out to key stakeholders to grow your network and your career in there direction of your passion

Sessions 8 & 9 | Rehearsals

We fine-tune your speeches in preparation for your final performance! You receive the correct dose of challenge, and of course a generous dose of loving feedback to elevate you to performance standard!

Session 10 | The Performance

Whether it's in person or live online, we film and market the whole event. We gift you the recording of your final speech performance. This wonderful accomplishment - featuring you delivering an inspirational speech about your specialist subject - makes an ideal masterpiece of content, which can be featured on your website.
