We take a group of eight women on a ten week immersive adventure to learn the qualities of great communication. Incrementally building your skills and your confidence as a public speaker, thinker and visionary.

MODULE 1 | Your Journey
This is all about getting to know each other. Bonding! We explore: What is your work? Where are your challenges? What do you love? What makes you YOU?
MODULE 2 | Authenticity
Who am I? Getting clear about your beautiful unique story. Appreciation of how to share who you are through story telling as a technique for building engagement with your people. We examine what limits, lies and assumptions you have made that inhibit your confidence.
MODULE 3 | Presence
You have a combination of traits that make you unique. Let’s define them, bring them to life, bring them to your work. We investigate your breadth of influence & visibility as a woman and leader.
MODULE 4 | Story & Speech Design
Learn the art of speech design. Step by step you’ll build your speech. Understand the criteria for a great speech. When you have both a structure and a formula, it launches confidence massively.
MODULE 5 | Confidence
You’ll Learn the science, the psychology and the coaching mindset that grows your confidence. What are the barriers to your confidence? You’ll receive the genuine support of your network and coaches to applaud you every step of the way.
MODULE 6 | Emotion as Fuel
Emotion is our fuel, it drives us. Understand how your story, the highs & lows, are your expertise. Connect with your humanity, have the bravery to share it. Learn how emotion can inspire influence and drive great change.
MODULE 7 | Inspiring Me
Who are you not to shine? Manifest what you desire to achieve. We tap into coaching strategies to create the desired outcomes from your performance, feeling the part and visualising your future.
MODULE 8 & 9 | Tech/ Dress Rehearsal
We fine-tune your speeches in preparation for your final performance! You receive the correct dose of challenge, and of course a generous dose of loving feedback to elevate you to performance standard!
MODULE 10 | Performance
We invite your family and friends to come see you in action delivering your speech. This wonderful accomplishment is recorded and becomes an ideal masterpiece of content for your website.
